Submitting on behalf of someone else? A California resident can authorize an agent. Have the agent write through the contact page with written permission from the consumer.
Submitting this request will not affect any order, account or correspondence with us — your order still ships, and we will still answer your emails.
What personal information we collect
When you place an order we collect what you give us: name, shipping and billing address, email, phone if provided, and order details. We also collect standard technical information automatically — IP address, browser type, pages viewed and referring link — through cookies and similar tools.
What “sale” and “sharing” mean under the CCPA
Under California law, “selling” personal information does not always mean an exchange of money. It can include sharing personal information with a third party for something of value, including for cross-context behavioral advertising. “Sharing” has a specific meaning too: passing personal information to a third party for cross-context behavioral advertising, whether or not money changes hands. We use these terms as the law defines them.
What we share, and with whom
We share personal information with the service providers who run the shop: our payment processor, our ecommerce platform and fulfillment partners, our email provider, and shipping carriers.
We also use analytics and advertising partners — including platforms that may set cookies or pixels to measure campaigns and show relevant ads to people who have visited. Under the CCPA's broad definitions, some of that counts as “sharing” or “selling.” Submitting the opt-out above stops it for you.
We do not sell your name, address or order history to data brokers, and we do not sell or share the personal information of anyone we know to be under 16 without affirmative authorization.
How to opt out
Use the form above — only the email address tied to your order is needed. We will confirm by email within 10 business days and complete the request within 45 days, as the CCPA requires.
