Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

When you browse, our web host logs standard technical information — IP address, browser type, pages visited, and the rough location that IP implies. When you order, Shopify collects your name, shipping and billing address, email and phone number so we can fulfill and deliver. You may also give us your email for the newsletter, or your name, email and message through the contact form. We do not ask for and do not store your full card number.

2. How we use it

Technical information keeps the site fast and secure. Order information processes payment, ships your order, and handles support and returns. Your email is used to reply and to send order confirmations and shipping updates. If you opted in, we send the EnergeticSecrets newsletter — every issue has a working unsubscribe link.

3. Cookies, analytics & advertising

We use four kinds of cookies and similar technologies:

• Essential — cart and checkout cookies set by Shopify, plus a cookie that remembers a discount code from a partner link. These must work for a purchase to go through.
• Analytics — so we can see which pages get read and which products get viewed.
• Advertising and remarketing — pixels set by advertising platforms (which may include Meta/Facebook and Google) that let us measure ad performance and show relevant ads to people who have visited. These may follow you to other sites, and under California law some of this counts as “sharing” or “selling.”
• Embedded third-party tools — features served by vendors, which set their own cookies.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser at any time. To opt out of advertising-related sharing specifically, use our Your Privacy Choices page. Blocking cookies will not stop you buying LiveMineral; it may just make the cart less convenient.

4. Payment processing

We never see or store your full card number. Checkout is handled by Shopify with its integrated payment processor — your card data goes to them, encrypted, and our team sees a paid-order confirmation and nothing more. Refunds and chargebacks run through the same processor.

5. Email & the newsletter

The newsletter only goes to people who ticked the box asking for it — never a purchased list, never an address that arrived with an order. Unsubscribe via any issue or by writing to us. Unsubscribing never stops transactional email like shipping confirmations.

6. How we share

We do not sell your name, address or order history to data brokers. We share limited information with the providers who run the store and reach customers: Shopify (cart and checkout), our email platform, shipping carriers (name and address, to deliver), the payment processor (the card), and analytics and advertising partners (to measure performance and show relevant ads). That last category may count as “sharing” or “sale” under California law, which is why the opt-out exists and is honoured. Each provider gets only what it needs, under contract, for that purpose.

7. Your rights

If you live in California, the CCPA and CPRA give you the right to know what personal information we have, to ask for a copy, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of sale or sharing. Whatever your state or country, we extend the same rights to every customer: write to us through the contact page with the subject “Privacy request” and we will respond within 45 days as the law requires. You will never be charged or downgraded for asking.

8. Data retention

Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require — typically seven years in the U.S. — then archived or deleted. Newsletter records stay until you unsubscribe, after which we keep only the minimum needed to never mail you again. Contact form messages are kept about two years. Technical and analytics logs roll off on a short cycle.

9. Children's privacy

LiveMineral.com is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, write to us and we will delete it promptly.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy in a way that affects how your information is used, we will update the date above and note the change in plain language. We will not quietly rewrite the rules under you.
